Finals Support

I can't believe December is already here! I love this season; the eggnog, the music, the novelty socks (and earrings and sweaters and...), but there's just one teeny tiny little GIANT HURDLE IN THE WAY: Finals Week.

I know how it will go. I'll laugh. I'll cry. I'll know everything and nothing. I'll go through every single one of these stages (Buzzfeed: the 33 Stages of Finals Week), and so may you. Maybe you're one of the fortunate few who don't have real finals. Or maybe you have five hairy, terrifying, horrible finals. Perhaps you're somewhere in between. In any case, you're going to like what you're about to read. The Honors Student Advisory Council is hosting Finals Support Week. Stop by at any point for nourishment or some (most likely quietly studious) company in the Honors House.
So as Finals week approaches, remember to breathe, (try to) sleep (a little), and

Secret Santa!

This year, the Honors Student council is hosting its first-ever Secret Santa! Our council this year is uncommonly festive, and we are all so excited for the event and hope you are too! The council will randomly assign Secret Santas/gift recipients to people who have signed up, and then we will hopefully be providing drivers to take people to give them an opportunity to shop.

In addition to just the Secret Santa event, we will be hosting a beginning-of-the-Holiday-season party on December 6th with videos, cookies, hot cocoa, and great company! During the event, the gifts from Secret Santas will be distributed, though you don’t need to be part of the Secret Santa event to come to the party. Hope to see everyone there!
